1-to-1 nutrition consultations

A well-planned plant-based diet is linked to lower cholesterol and blood pressure, a healthier body weight, and a lower risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and some cancers. It’s also naturally high in gut-loving fibre and packed with antioxidants, plus it’s better for animals and the planet too!

But it does take a certain level of nutritional understanding to make sure you’re getting everything you need. Research often finds plant-based eaters falling short on nutrients like B12, iodine, calcium, iron and omega-3s.

It really doesn’t have to be that way, and that’s where I come in. I’ll help you work out what to eat, fill any gaps and build habits that actually stick.

How it works

From first chat to ongoing support

01

Free 15-minute discovery call

A quick chat to see if we’re a good fit. No pressure.

02

Questionnaire and food diary

After you book, I’ll send you a questionnaire and a 3-day food diary. Just get them back to me at least 72 hours before your consultation. That gives me time to go through your health history and analyse your diet, so we can get straight into it when we meet.

03

Your first consultation (around 60 minutes)

We talk through your health, your goals and what’s getting in the way, then agree on a plan that fits your food preferences, routine, cooking skills and budget.

04

Follow-ups (around 30 to 40 minutes)

Every 2 to 4 weeks, we check in on how it’s going and tweak your plan where needed. After each session, you’ll get an email summary with any changes.

05

Ongoing support between sessions

You can email me any time, and if you’re on a 4, 8 or 12-week package, you also get WhatsApp support. This is where the real change happens: regular check-ins, someone keeping you accountable and help when you’re stuck, instead of waiting weeks for your next session.

Within 3 working days, you’ll get your personalised plan, including:

  • practical recommendations tailored to you
  • recipes and shopping lists
  • supplement suggestions, if needed
  • a full summary of everything we covered
