I was raised vegetarian and have been vegan since 2016. My decision to become vegan was mainly driven by my growing awareness of the ethical implications of animal agriculture, along with the health issues associated with the consumption of animal products. As I experienced the positive effects of a plant-based diet on my own health and wellbeing , I became motivated to learn more about nutrition.
I am a qualified nutritionist, based in the UK, and registered with the Association for Nutrition. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in human nutrition with sports science, and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in nutrition in practice. Recipe development and health writing are both strong passions of mine. As a nutritionist, it is my ultimate goal to share my expertise and empower others to adopt a healthier lifestyle, by incorporating more plants into their diet. Whether you are already vegan, simply curious about becoming more plant-based, or looking to improve your overall health and well-being, my content aims to provide you with inspiration, and evidence-based information and guidance.
