ONLINE 1-to-1 NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS
As a nutritionist who was raised on a vegetarian diet and having been fully plant-based since 2016, I have a great deal of both personal and professional experience, when it comes to plant-based eating. This year, I have eliminated gluten from my diet due to sensitivities. Therefore, through navigating these changes in my own diet, I have developed a deep understanding of how to create balanced, nutrient-rich meals that are both gluten-free, as well as plant-based.
I work with clients to help them incorporate more whole, plant foods into their diet. Plant-based nutrition has the power to transform your health. Studies show that a well-balanced, plant-focused diet can significantly improve heart health, support weight management, and lower the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Whether you're transitioning to a vegan lifestyle, aiming to follow a healthier vegan diet, improving your overall health, or addressing specific health challenges, Iām here to support you every step of the way.
How Can I Support You?
Meeting your nutritional needs on a vegan or plant-based diet.
Transitioning to a plant-based or vegan lifestyle with ease and confidence.
Weight loss and management, tailored to your goals.
Lowering cholesterol through plant-based, heart-healthy choices.
Managing blood pressure with diet-based interventions.
Blood sugar control to prevent the development of health conditions.
Improving digestive health, addressing issues such as bloating or constipation.
Lowering inflammation to reduce your risk of chronic illnesses and diseases.
Gluten-free diets, ensuring balanced, nutritious meals for those with sensitivities or celiac disease.
My dietary recommendations and recipes are made from 100% plants, however vegetarian add-on/replacement options can be provided upon request. Therefore, if you are looking for non-vegan/vegetarian suggestions, we may not be the best fit.
A well-balanced plant-based diet requires thoughtful planning and an understanding of essential nutrients. Some nutrients like vitamin B12, iron, and omega-3s, can be more challenging to consume in adequate amounts. As a registered nutritionist, I help ensure you meet all your nutritional requirements while thriving on a plant-based diet.
All of my advice is tailored to the individual. We are all incredibly unique, so a personalised approach to nutrition is vital to achieve the desired results. Together, we will take into consideration your medical history, lifestyle, daily routine, dietary needs, and food habits, among others, before deciding on the best plan for you and your needs.
Making lasting changes and forming new habits can be incredibly challenging and requires a great deal of effort and motivation. I like to offer my clients who choose the 4, 8, and 12- week packages, the opportunity to contact me via WhatsApp, for continual guidance and support.

HOW THE CONSULTATION PROCESS WORKS
Stage 1 - Pre-Consultation
After booking with me, you will be sent a questionnaire and a 3-day food diary to complete. These must be completed and returned at least 72 hours prior to the booking, to allow enough time for me to understand your health history, and consider how we can work together to help you achieve your goals. It also allows me to carry out your dietary analysis, from the food diary, beforehand, which will help us to make the most of your time during our first consultation together.
Stage 2 - First Consultation
The first consultation will last around 60 minutes and will cover your main health concerns and goals, before we agree on a personalised plan which fits with your dietary preferences, lifestyle, cooking abilities, and any budget restrictions. Your full personalised plan will then be emailed to you within the following three working days.
The plan will include:
Personalised and practical dietary recommendations
Recipes and shopping lists
Supplement suggestions (if required)
A full report detailing what was covered in the consultation, including all recommendations
Stage 3 - Follow-Up Consultations
Follow-up sessions are recommended two to four weeks after your initial consultation. The aim is to review your progress so far and adapt the programme, where required. They typically last around 30-40 minutes, and up to six follow-up sessions may be required.
Also included in a follow-up session:
Email support
WhatsApp support (if a package has been purchased)
Further dietary recommendations
Email after each session detailing what was covered, including any required dietary adaptations
